The regulations specify the medical treatment of servicemen and military related personnel in military medical institutions, define the specific situation of cross military medical treatment of servicemen, open up the channels for servicemen and their families far away from military medical institutions to go to local medical institutions for medical treatment, realize free medical treatment for military spouses, preferential medical treatment for military officers, non military parents and spouse parents, and continue to implement military Free medical treatment for minor children of soldiers fully reflects the professional respect of soldiers.
