In terms of specific quantitative indicators, the plan proposes that in 2025, the national e-commerce transaction volume is expected to be 46 trillion yuan, the national online retail volume is expected to be 17 trillion yuan, and the cross-border e-commerce transaction volume is expected to be 2.5 trillion yuan. Among the main tasks, the plan proposes to shape high-quality e-commerce enterprises, support e-commerce technology, serve enterprise financing, promote the industrialization of e-commerce technology, and provide rich e-commerce application scenarios for digital technologies such as cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and virtual reality. The plan also specifies to carry out actions to improve the intelligence of e-commerce platform and green development of e-commerce. "The starting point of these actions is to combine e-commerce with the development trend of a new round of scientific and technological and industrial revolution driven by digital technology, intelligent technology and green development, vigorously promote the digital and intelligent development of e-commerce, promote the development of more new e-commerce formats, new models and new services, and optimize the ecosystem of e-commerce development."
