For a long time, schools and teachers have attached great importance to home school communication and guided parents to do a good job in family education. Many teachers often tease themselves that they should not only educate students, but also educate parents. Although most parents actively cooperate with teachers and strive to work together at home and school to educate their children, a few parents make teachers very helpless: one is that they don't know how to educate their children, but they are unwilling to listen to (or fail to listen to) the teacher's suggestions, and blame the school and teachers for problems; The other is that the sense of responsibility of the subject of family education is not strong, or even simply let go. Whether you don't care, don't want to care, or both, the biggest victims are children in the end. In the face of these types of parents, no matter how much work teachers do, it is difficult to be effective. Although the law on the protection of minors and other laws and regulations also require guardians to undertake obligations and perform educational responsibilities, it is not special legislation after all and lacks specific rules. After the introduction of the family education promotion law, this situation is expected to change. The new law not only makes detailed provisions on family responsibility, state support and social coordination, but also gives guiding provisions on the contents and methods of family education, and establishes a set of working mechanism to promote it. For example, parents or other guardians who fail to perform or incorrectly perform their responsibilities for family education shall not only bear the corresponding legal consequences, but also admonish the guardians according to the circumstances and may order them to receive family education guidance if they find that minors have serious bad behaviors or commit criminal acts in the process of handling cases. Parents born without teaching and improper teaching should wake up! Problems with children are often the result of improper parental education. Misguided "bear children" are inseparable from "bear parents". The lack of family education is the common feature of these misguided young people. "Little devil" is not born, nor does it grow up suddenly. If family education can make timely efforts and give correct guidance in the process of growth, the situation may be very different. Family education has risen from "family affairs" to "state affairs". Of course, it is inseparable from the joint efforts of the whole society. To this end, the family education promotion law stipulates the responsibilities of governments at all levels and relevant departments, encourages colleges and universities to set up family education courses and cultivate family education professionals, also requires that the family style construction be included in the unit culture construction, and supports employees to participate in family education activities.
