By September 2021, 47 entrepreneurship incubation bases have been identified and built in the city, including 3 National Mass entrepreneurship spaces, 3 provincial demonstration entrepreneurship incubation bases in Guangdong, 2 provincial mass entrepreneurship spaces, 3 provincial innovation and entrepreneurship bases for small and micro enterprises, 4 south Guangdong Overseas Chinese innovation bases of the Provincial Federation of overseas Chinese, 4 provincial regional (characteristic) entrepreneurship incubation bases (Entrepreneurship colleges) There are 1 provincial human resources service Industrial Park incubation base and 4 provincial return home entrepreneurship incubation bases.
