After paying 350 yuan or 60 US dollars, they can submit the film samples to the organizing committee. For Chinese films produced at medium and small cost, the applicant can choose to apply for exemption from the registration fee when filling in the registration form. After the examination and approval of the organizing committee, there is no need to pay the registration fee.
