First, we should unite and work together to safeguard world peace and stability. The painful history shows that hegemonism, group politics and camp confrontation will not bring peace and security, but will only lead to war and conflict. Superstitious power and status, expanding military alliances and seeking their own security at the expense of other countries' security will inevitably fall into a security dilemma. Only when everyone cherishes and maintains peace and remembers the bitter lessons of war can peace be hopeful. Let us not forget the original intention of the UN Charter and the mission of safeguarding peace. Not long ago, I put forward the global security initiative, advocating that all countries adhere to the common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security concept; Adhere to respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries; Adhere to the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations; Attaching importance to the legitimate security concerns of all countries; Adhere to the peaceful settlement of differences and disputes between countries through dialogue and consultation; We will maintain security in both traditional and non-traditional areas as a whole. The international community should abandon the zero sum game, jointly oppose hegemonism and power politics, build a new type of international relations featuring mutual respect, fairness and justice, and win-win cooperation, establish a community awareness of solidarity and sharing weal and woe, and let the sunshine of peace illuminate the world. Second, we should help each other and jointly promote global sustainable development. At present, the global development process has been severely impacted. Nearly 1.2 billion people in 70 countries around the world are facing epidemic, food, energy and debt crises, and the achievements of global poverty reduction in the past decades may be lost. Last year, I put forward the global development initiative, calling for the implementation of the UN 2030 agenda for sustainable development, promoting the building of a global partnership for development that is united, equal, balanced and inclusive, and comprehensively promoting cooperation in poverty reduction, health, education, digital connectivity, industrialization and other fields. We should strengthen cooperation in food and energy, and raise the level of food and energy security. We should seize the opportunity of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform, promote the global flow of innovation factors, and help developing countries accelerate the development of the digital economy and green transformation. We should actively carry out anti epidemic cooperation, provide more anti epidemic drugs to developing countries, and strive to overcome the epidemic situation as soon as possible. We should always take the heart of the people and the interests of the world as our interests, so as to promote global development into a new era and benefit the people of all countries. Third, we should work together to achieve win-win cooperation. At present, the supply chains of some important industrial chains are subject to artificial interference, global inflation remains high, the international financial market continues to fluctuate, and the recovery momentum of the world economy continues to weaken. Everyone is worried about whether the world economy will fall into the quagmire of crisis. At this critical moment, only by sticking to solidarity and cooperation can we overcome the economic crisis. We should think and work hard in one place, and strengthen macroeconomic policy coordination. Major developed countries should adopt responsible economic policies to avoid the spillover of negative effects of policies and serious impact on developing countries. Facts have repeatedly proved that sanctions are "boomerangs" and "double-edged swords". By politicizing, instrumentalizing and weaponizing the world economy and taking advantage of the dominant position of the international financial and monetary system, wanton sanctions will eventually harm others and themselves and the people of the world. Fourth, we should be inclusive and prudent, and jointly expand openness and integration. For some time, economic globalization has encountered "headwind and countercurrent". The international community is generally concerned that the world economy is divided into isolated regions. Economic globalization is an objective requirement of the development of productive forces and an irresistible historical trend. Reversing history and trying to block other people's roads will only block our own roads in the end. We should be open and inclusive, remove all barriers that hinder the development of productive forces, guide and promote the healthy development of globalization, allow the free flow of capital and technology, allow innovation and wisdom to fully emerge, and bring together the forces of world economic growth. We should uphold the multilateral trading system with the World Trade Organization at its core, eliminate barriers to trade, investment and technology, and promote the construction of an open world economy. We should work together to build and share, strengthen global economic governance, increase the representation and voice of emerging market countries and developing countries, and ensure equal rights, rules and opportunities for all countries. China will strengthen macro policy adjustment, take more effective measures and strive to achieve the annual economic and social development goals. In the second half of the year, we will hold the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to draw a blueprint for China's development in the next stage. Based on the new development stage, China will implement the new development concept, actively build a new development pattern and strive to achieve high-quality development. China will continue to raise the level of opening to the outside world, build a new open economic system at a higher level, and continue to create a market-oriented, legal and international business environment.
