In November 15, 2021, the intermediate people's Court of Wuhan, Hubei, publicly declared the case of "100 red Tong" suspect Xu Jin's confiscation of illegal income and bribery. The ruling confiscated 780.67 acres of state-owned land use rights in the Wuhan District of Huangpi, and 8 sets of real estate, 3 parking spaces and 1 Audi cars obtained by Xu Jin's bribes. 　　 The trial found that from 2006 to 2007, the suspect Xu Jin used the convenience of his post as head of the Huangpi District of Wuhan, conspiring with others to instruct the relevant personnel to defraud the state-owned capital by RMB 197 million 930 thousand yuan through the fictitious land leveling project and forging related engineering materials. It is used to pay the land transfer fee for 780.67 mu of state-owned land use right obtained by the company actually controlled by others. From 2006 to 2009, Xu Jin took advantage of his position as head of Huangpi District, Wuhan to provide assistance to companies actually controlled by others in land transfer, commercial projects and other matters. From October 2006 to may 2011, Xu Jin received more than 63.81 million yuan, more than 88.87 million Hong Kong dollars and more than 2.55 million US dollars from others. Part of the money is used to buy 8 houses, 3 parking spaces and 1 Audi car. Part of the money shall be remitted to the overseas accounts of his close relatives and related persons designated by Xu Jin. Xu Jin fled abroad on May 19, 2011 and has not been involved in the case so far. 　　 The intermediate people's Court of Wuhan held that there was evidence in the case that Xu Xu, a criminal suspect, had committed corruption and bribery. He was wanted for a year without going to the case. The property seized by the procuratorate was the illegal gains of Xu Jin, and the confiscation procedure should be applied to the law according to law. The court made the above ruling.
